Where we deliver, and what decides the route
Spares Desk moves freight, spare parts and time-critical cargo door to door in over 220 countries and territories. There is no separate list of destinations we do and do not serve — the question is which route reaches a given one in the time available, and at what cost.
Three things decide that: where the goods are collected, the date they have to arrive, and whether the consignee is a fixed address or a vessel that is still moving. A part flying from a maker in Korea to a ship berthing in Rotterdam in four days is a different job from the same part going to a warehouse in Jeddah next month, even though both are international delivery.
Every service on this site is available to every destination below. What changes by region is the customs treatment, the realistic transit, and whether road, air or sea is the sensible leg.
Gulf & Middle East
Road from Dubai reaches most Gulf destinations without an air or sea leg, so this is usually the fastest and cheapest region to serve.
Jebel Ali, Port Rashid, Khalifa Port, Mina Zayed, Port Khalid, Hamriyah, Khor Fakkan, Fujairah, Saqr Port, Dammam, Jubail, Sohar, Salalah, Hamad Port, Shuwaikh
South Asia
Heavy vessel traffic and a dense supplier base. Frequent air connections from Dubai make next-flight-out routing practical.
Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chennai, Kolkata, Cochin, Colombo, Karachi, Chattogram
East & Southeast Asia
Where a great deal of marine and industrial equipment is manufactured, so this is as often a collection region as a delivery one.
Singapore, Port Klang, Tanjung Pelepas, Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Laem Chabang, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta
Europe & Mediterranean
Dense ship-supply infrastructure and short inland legs. Piraeus and Gibraltar are common bunkering calls where spares meet the vessel.
Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Le Havre, Algeciras, Valencia, Genoa, Piraeus, Gibraltar, Istanbul, Constanta
Africa
Customs handling varies sharply by country, so the paperwork is settled before the cargo moves rather than on arrival.
Alexandria, Port Said, Durban, Cape Town, Lagos, Tema, Abidjan, Mombasa, Djibouti, Casablanca
Americas
Long transits make the mode decisive: air for a vessel already waiting, sea where the delivery window allows.
Houston, New York, Savannah, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Balboa, Colon, Santos, Callao, Vancouver
Oceania
Distance rules out casual air freight for anything heavy, so planning against the vessel's schedule matters more here than anywhere.
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Fremantle, Auckland, Tauranga
What is available everywhere
- Collection from any supplier, whether or not they have shipped internationally before.
- Air, sea and road, quoted against your deadline rather than defaulted to one mode.
- Customs clearance at both ends, including ship spares in transit where the consignee is a vessel.
- On-board courier where the deadline is measured in hours.
- Export packing and neutral delivery where the goods or the supplier need protecting.
Tell us the origin, the destination and the date that matters, and we will come back with the routes that meet it. If none of them do, we will say so rather than quote something that will not hold.
